1-Year Warranty Coverage
Ground-Guards Ltd. warrants that all items it supplies are free from defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year from the date of delivery.
This warranty does not cover third-party manufactured items, but any assignable third-party warranties will be passed on to you (the purchaser) where possible.
If a Defect is Found
If any defect or fault is discovered within the 1-year warranty period and is found to be due to Ground-Guards Ltd.'s workmanship, we will:
- Repair or replace the affected item
- At our discretion, carry out the work on-site or request the product to be returned to us at our expense
Ground-Guards Ltd.’s total liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective item.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim:
- Notify us in writing within 60 days of discovering the issue
- Include a clear description of the problem
Allow us a reasonable opportunity to inspect the item before any repairs are made
Conditions of Warranty
This warranty applies only when the product is used normally and according to the XtremeMat Installation Manual, including all recommended handling techniques and usage limitations.
What’s Not Covered
- Defects or damage caused by third-party items
- Any issues resulting from improper use, handling, or failure to follow installation guidance
- Any amount exceeding the repair or replacement cost of the defective item
Important Legal Notice
This warranty is your exclusive remedy. No other warranties (express or implied) are offered by Ground-Guards Ltd., including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability
- Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
- Any claims under tort law (including negligence or strict liability) or contract law
Ground-Guards Ltd. does not warrant any equipment or supplies made by others.
